🔹 Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced EPM Lead (Planning) to lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Hyperion Planning, PBCS, EPBCS, and Essbase applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in planning models, application architecture, integrations, solution design, and end-to-end EPM implementations.

The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and solution architects to deliver scalable Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions that support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, workforce planning, and reporting processes.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead the design and development of Oracle Hyperion Planning and Essbase applications.

✅ Act as the Application Design Architect and technical lead for Planning and Essbase solutions.

✅ Design and implement scalable Planning, PBCS, and EPBCS solutions.

✅ Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution designs.

✅ Develop and maintain Business Rules, Forms, Task Lists, Reports, and Calculation Scripts.

✅ Provide architectural recommendations and enhancements for existing EPM applications.

✅ Design integrations with ERP systems and third-party applications.

✅ Lead Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives and solution demonstrations.

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

✅ Support budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, capital expenditure planning, and financial consolidation processes.

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

✔ 7+ years of Oracle EPM / Hyperion experience.

✔ Strong experience with Hyperion Planning, PBCS, EPBCS, and Essbase.

✔ Expertise in Requirement Gathering and Solution Design.

✔ Strong understanding of Planning Models including:
• Profit & Loss (P&L)
• Balance Sheet (BS)
• Workforce Planning
• Capital Expenditure (Capex) Planning
• Forecasting & Budgeting

✔ Hands-on experience with Planning Modules.

✔ Strong knowledge of:
• Business Rules
• Data Forms
• Task Lists
• Reports
• Calculation Scripts

✔ Experience in Hyperion Application Development and Implementations.

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

✔ Ability to work in client-facing and leadership roles.
