🔹 Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced EPM Senior Developer (SC – Planning) responsible for the development, implementation, and support of Oracle Hyperion Planning, PBCS/EPBCS, Essbase applications, and integrations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to design, develop, and implement Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions that address complex business requirements.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Function as Application Design Architect/Lead for Hyperion Planning and Essbase application development

✅ Design, develop, and implement Oracle Hyperion Planning, PBCS, and EPBCS solutions

✅ Complete end-to-end implementation of EPM projects

✅ Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

✅ Develop and maintain Business Rules, Forms, Task Lists, Reports, and Data Integrations

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

✅ Support platform integrations with third-party applications

✅ Design and develop scalable and efficient planning and budgeting solutions

🔹 Required Skills & Experience:

✔️ 5+ years of Oracle EPM / Hyperion Planning experience

✔️ Strong experience in Hyperion Planning, PBCS, EPBCS, and Essbase

✔️ Experience in full-cycle EPM implementation projects

✔️ Expertise in Requirement Gathering and Business Analysis

✔️ Strong knowledge of Planning Models including:
• P&L Planning
• Balance Sheet Planning
• Workforce Planning
• Capex Planning
• Project Planning

✔️ Hands-on experience with:
• Business Rules
• Data Forms
• Task Lists
• Reports
• Planning Modules

✔️ Understanding of planning interdependencies and forecasting processes

✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced client-facing environment
