🔹 Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced EPM Lead (ARCS) to drive the design, development, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle EPM, Account Reconciliation, Transaction Matching, Data Integration, and Finance & Accounting processes.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality reconciliation solutions while supporting architecture design, integrations, and solution development initiatives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Design, configure, develop, and implement Oracle ARCS solutions

✅ Manage end-to-end ARCS implementation including:

• Reconciliation Compliance
• Transaction Matching
• Data Integration
• Testing & Deployment

✅ Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

✅ Provide architecture recommendations and best-fit solution designs

✅ Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new initiatives

✅ Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Technical teams

✅ Integrate ARCS with General Ledger (GL), Sub-Ledgers, and other enterprise applications

✅ Create and maintain standard and custom reports

✅ Support system enhancements, optimization, and troubleshooting

✅ Ensure adherence to Oracle EPM best practices and governance standards
