🔹 Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced EPM Senior Developer (SC – FCCS) to lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality EPM solutions, provide architectural guidance, and support enterprise-wide financial consolidation and reporting initiatives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Function as Application Design Architect/Lead for Oracle FCCS implementations
✅ Act as the primary Application Design Point of Contact for FCCS Analyst Teams
✅ Design and develop Oracle FCCS applications and related integrations
✅ Provide architectural solutions and enhancements for existing EPM environments
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements
✅ Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and effort estimation
✅ Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) and technical feasibility assessments
✅ Design integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems
✅ Develop and support complex consolidation, close, and reporting processes
✅ Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and development standards

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

🔹 5+ years of Oracle EPM experience
🔹 Strong experience in Oracle FCCS and/or Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
🔹 Expertise in EPM Cloud implementation and application development lifecycle
🔹 Experience in Requirement Gathering and Solution Design
🔹 Strong understanding of Financial Consolidation processes
🔹 Knowledge of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Financial Disclosures
🔹 Understanding of Consolidation Methods and Financial Calculations
🔹 Strong Finance, Accounting, General Ledger, and Sub-Ledger knowledge
🔹 Experience with Financial Reporting and Smart View Reporting
🔹 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
🔹 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Oracle FCCS Implementation Experience
⭐ Oracle EPM Cloud Certification (Preferred)
⭐ Experience working in global delivery environments
⭐ Exposure to enterprise financial transformation projects
