About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Azure APIM Engineer to design, implement, secure, and manage enterprise API solutions using Azure API Management (APIM). You will play a key role in API modernization, governance, CI/CD automation, production support, and enterprise integration across Microsoft Azure environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and manage APIs using Azure API Management (APIM).
• Configure APIM policies for authentication, authorization, routing, transformation, rate limiting, caching, logging, and error handling.
• Support API migration and modernization from MuleSoft to Azure APIM.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Configure API monitoring and alerting using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
• Troubleshoot API, security, networking, performance, and production issues.
• Support SIT, UAT, production deployments, release validation, and operational excellence.
• Perform API policy reviews, code reviews, and deployment reviews.
• Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with Architects, DevOps, Security, Infrastructure, and Development teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to API governance and best practices.
