Key Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise sales and new client acquisition across global markets
- Build and manage strong sales pipelines
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Engage with CIOs, CTOs, and senior business stakeholders
- Sell automation, digital transformation, and platform engineering solutions
- Develop strategic relationships with enterprise customers
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles from opportunity identification to closure
- Achieve revenue targets through consultative and solution-based selling
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–14 years of experience in Enterprise Sales or Technology Services Sales
- Strong experience in B2B technology sales
- Experience selling Digital Transformation and Automation solutions
- Knowledge of Platform Engineering / Product Engineering services
- Proven experience in enterprise client acquisition
- Strong C-level stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience managing complex technology sales cycles
