We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Draftsman with strong expertise in AutoCAD or similar CAD tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining accurate 2D building and floor layout drawings while ensuring compliance with CAD standards and governance processes.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

✔️ Create, update, and maintain 2D building and floor layout drawings
✔️ Ensure compliance with CAD standards, layer mappings, and drawing governance
✔️ Maintain accurate space and room layout information
✔️ Perform QA/QC checks to validate alignment between CAD drawings and IWMS data
✔️ Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure drawing accuracy and consistency
✔️ Support space management and facilities-related documentation activities
✔️ Review and update existing drawings based on project requirements
✔️ Ensure proper documentation and version control of drawings

🎯 Required Skills

✅ Strong hands-on experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD tools
✅ Experience in creating and managing building/floor layout drawings
✅ Good understanding of CAD standards and layer management

✅ Good communication and coordination abilities
