We are looking for a highly experienced Fabric / Azure Data Architect to design, architect, and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade data solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Platform technologies. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in modern data architecture, cloud-native data engineering, governance frameworks, and enterprise analytics solutions.

✅ Key Responsibilities

🔹 Design and implement enterprise-scale data platforms using Microsoft Fabric and Azure technologies.

🔹 Architect Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and Modern Data Platform solutions.

🔹 Build scalable ETL/ELT frameworks and metadata-driven data ingestion pipelines.

🔹 Lead data architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to engineering teams.

🔹 Implement data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.

🔹 Optimize Azure environments for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

🔹 Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and global clients to deliver high-quality data solutions.

🔹 Drive best practices for CI/CD, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automation.

🎯 Required Skills & Expertise

✔️ 12+ years of experience in Data Architecture and Azure Data Platform.

✔️ Strong expertise in:

• Microsoft Fabric
• Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Azure Databricks (PySpark)
• Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 (ADLS Gen2)
• Azure Synapse Analytics

✔️ Strong hands-on experience in:

• Python (PySpark Mandatory)
• SQL Development & Optimization

✔️ Deep understanding of:

• Lakehouse Architecture
• Data Warehouse Architecture
• Kimball Methodology
• Inmon Methodology
• Data Vault Modeling

✔️ Experience building:

• Enterprise ETL/ELT Frameworks
• Metadata-Driven Pipelines
• Reusable Data Ingestion Patterns

✔️ Strong knowledge of:

• Data Governance
• Data Quality Frameworks
• Data Security & Compliance
• RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
• Data Masking
• Row-Level Security
• Column-Level Security

✔️ Experience with:

• Azure Cost Optimization
• Performance Tuning
• Capacity Planning

✔️ Exposure to:

• CI/CD Pipelines
• Azure DevOps
• ARM Templates
• Bicep

✔️ Good understanding of:

• Power BI Semantic Models
• DAX (Preferred)

✔️ Mandatory experience working with US/UK-based clients.
