🌟 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP MM / WM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) for large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional knowledge in procurement, inventory management, warehouse processes, and SAP integrations across enterprise landscapes.

This role requires strong leadership capabilities, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to drive end-to-end SAP delivery across Greenfield and Brownfield implementations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP MM/WM workstreams in SAP S/4HANA implementation and support projects.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Configure and support SAP MM processes including:
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Inventory Management
  • Valuation & Account Determination
  • Vendor Management
  • Release Strategy
• Work on SAP WM processes including:
  • Inbound & Outbound Logistics
  • Putaway & Picking Strategies
  • Warehouse Structure Setup
  • RF Framework & Barcode Scanning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across:
  • SAP SD
  • SAP PP
  • SAP QM
  • SAP FI/CO
• Support MM–EWM integration activities and S/4HANA migration initiatives.
• Conduct workshops, solution demonstrations, and stakeholder discussions.
• Lead defect resolution, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Mentor junior consultants and conduct SAP MM trainings.
• Participate in estimation, governance, Agile/Activate delivery processes, and project planning.

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of SAP consulting experience with strong expertise in SAP MM.
• SAP MM Certification is mandatory.
• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Hands-on expertise in:
  • Procurement & Inventory Management
  • Warehouse Management
  • Batch Management
  • Pricing & Valuation
  • Physical Inventory
• Experience in SAP WM implementations within manufacturing environments.
• Exposure to SAP EWM concepts and MM–EWM integration.
• Strong understanding of integrations with:
  • SD (Shipping)
  • PP (Production Supply)
  • QM (Quality Management)
  • FI/CO
• Experience with RF devices and barcode scanning processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience leading workshops and managing senior stakeholders.
• Exposure to both Greenfield and Brownfield S/4HANA projects.
• Experience working in Agile / SAP Activate methodology.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams or leading project workstreams.

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing industry projects.
• Knowledge of SAP EWM configuration is an added advantage.
• Ability to drive client discussions independently.
• Strong documentation and training capabilities.
