📌 About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, Semantic AI, NLP, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building enterprise-scale AI applications, semantic search platforms, recommendation engines, and production-grade RAG architectures using Azure Cloud technologies.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✅ Design, develop, and optimize Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions.

✅ Build and deploy advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems using Azure OpenAI, LangChain, and Vector Databases.

✅ Develop Semantic Search and Enterprise Knowledge Retrieval platforms leveraging embeddings and similarity search techniques.

✅ Create and fine-tune NLP models for classification, clustering, recommendation systems, document understanding, and question-answering applications.

✅ Implement scalable data pipelines and AI workflows using Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse, Azure ML, and Snowflake.

✅ Develop vector search solutions using FAISS, ChromaDB, Azure AI Search, and hybrid retrieval architectures.

✅ Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to extract actionable business insights.

✅ Collaborate with Data Engineers, ML Engineers, Product Teams, and Business Stakeholders to deliver AI-driven products.

✅ Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve model performance, accuracy, and scalability.
