🌟 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM with S/4HANA Consultant to join our growing SAP practice. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM), along with hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementation and support projects.

The candidate should have deep understanding of manufacturing processes, SAP configuration, integration with cross-functional modules, and exposure to enterprise-level SAP transformation programs.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Work on SAP PP/QM implementations, rollouts, and support engagements.
• Configure and support SAP PP processes including:
  • MRP
  • Planned Orders
  • Production Orders
  • Batch Management
  • S&OP
  • SPRO Configuration
• Handle SAP QM processes and integration with other SAP modules.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Support defect analysis, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform basic ABAP debugging and coordinate with technical teams when required.
• Work on SAP S/4HANA transformation and migration projects.
• Prepare functional specifications and documentation.

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of SAP PP/QM experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP Production Planning and Quality Management modules.
• Minimum 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation project experience.
• Hands-on experience in:
  • MRP
  • Production Planning
  • Production Orders
  • Batch Management
  • QM Processes
  • SAP Configuration (SPRO)
• Experience in Discrete Manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of integration with:
  • WM/eWM
  • FICO
  • Other SAP modules
• Basic ABAP debugging knowledge.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

🎯 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in global SAP rollout/support projects.
• Exposure to SAP Manufacturing best practices.
• Ability to work in fast-paced enterprise environments.
• S/4HANA certification is a plus.
