Roles & responsibilities
· Lead GenAI client engagements
· Perform business analysis, requirement gathering, and solution workflow design for GenAI/ML projects
· Align the engineering team toward a technical roadmap
· Study new LLM research topics and implement the same to showcase technical prowess to clients and build value for Turing

Industries: Financial Services – preferred but not limited

Job Titles:
Manager Machine Learning, AIML Manager, Data Science Manager

1. (7-10)+ years of professional experience in building Machine Learning models & systems
2. 1+ years of hands-on experience in how LLMs work & Generative AI (LLM) techniques particularly prompt engineering, RAG, and agents.
3. Experience in driving the engineering team toward a technical roadmap.
4. Experience in programming skills in Python, Langchain, and SQL is a must.
5. Understanding of Cloud services, including Azure, GCP, or AWS
6. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with business SMEs
