Role: Frontend Developer (React)

Location: Remote, with a requirement for 3-hour overlap with CST (Central Standard Time).

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to drive the development of scalable and modular code for a new greenfield project. This role requires a highly autonomous and self-sufficient individual with extensive experience in React and a strong focus on creating optimized UIs with exceptional user experience.

• Develop and maintain scalable, modular code for new projects.
• Create optimized and user-friendly UIs with a focus on great user experience.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Provide insights and suggestions to improve frontend architecture and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 10+ years as a Frontend Engineer, with a strong focus on user experience.
• React & Javascript: At least 4 years of experience with React and JavaScript.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Communication: Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Availability: Must be able to work 40 hours per week with a 3-hour overlap with CST.
