Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced US Light Industrial Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US staffing, candidate sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment for light industrial roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit candidates for US light industrial positions.
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
Work on roles such as Warehouse Associates, Forklift Operators, Production Workers, General Laborers, and Machine Operators.
Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing channels.
Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to fulfill staffing requirements.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely submissions.
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in US recruitment, preferably in light industrial staffing.
Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes and hiring practices.
Experience with US time zones and night-shift coordination, as required.
Excellent communication, sourcing, and candidate management skills.
