📌 Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter – Light Industrial Staffing to manage high-volume recruitment for staffing requirements across the U.S. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, candidate management, and staffing agency experience, with exposure to MSP/VMS environments.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and local community channels.
• Conduct high-volume phone screening and identify qualified candidates for U.S.-based positions.
• Work closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements and fulfill job orders.
• Manage candidate and employee communication throughout recruitment, onboarding, and assignments.
• Address assignment-related concerns and support employee retention.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and records in the ATS.
• Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, onboarding, and follow-ups.
• Manage multiple high-volume requirements while meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.

✅ Required Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably with a U.S. staffing agency.
• Experience working with MSP/VMS accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Light Industrial, Warehouse, Logistics, Manufacturing, Production, and Distribution recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus.
• Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and phone-screening skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a high-volume recruitment environment.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are highly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ATS platforms, job boards, and online recruiting tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
