Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Ironclad & Salesforce Integration Architect with 10+ years of relevant experience to lead the design, implementation, and integration of Ironclad Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) with Salesforce Sales Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Ironclad CLM, Salesforce integration, Contract Lifecycle Management, Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation, API integration, and enterprise application architecture. Experience in the Life Sciences industry is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and contract processes.
• Assess, analyze, and reverse-engineer existing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Ironclad CLM implementations.
• Design and implement end-to-end Ironclad–Salesforce integration.
• Configure and optimize Ironclad CLM workflows, contract processes, and integrations.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Ironclad Contract Lifecycle Management.
• Define integration architecture, data flow, security, scalability, and performance standards.
• Integrate Ironclad with Salesforce Sales Cloud to support contract creation, approval, execution, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure accurate and secure data synchronization between Ironclad and Salesforce.
• Recommend best practices for Salesforce and Ironclad integration architecture.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Salesforce teams, technical teams, and other project stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide technical solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, documentation, and post-production stabilization.
• Ensure the solution follows enterprise integration, security, and scalability standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be a Senior Ironclad CLM Consultant, Ironclad Architect, Salesforce Integration Architect, Salesforce Solution Architect, or CLM Integration Specialist with proven experience delivering enterprise-grade Ironclad and Salesforce integrations.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills are required.
