📌 Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM S/4HANA Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), S/4HANA Manufacturing, Discrete Manufacturing, MRP, Production Orders, Batch Management, and SAP PP-QM integration.

The consultant will be responsible for SAP S/4HANA implementation, configuration, rollout, support, enhancement, and optimization projects while working closely with business and cross-functional teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP PP (Production Planning) processes.
• Work on MRP, Planned Orders, Production Orders, Work Centers, BOM, Routing, and Production Planning.
• Handle SAP QM (Quality Management) processes and configuration.
• Work on Batch Management and manufacturing-related processes.
• Perform SPRO configuration and system enhancements.
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and production support projects.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP PP/QM functional solutions.
• Work on end-to-end SAP implementation and support lifecycle.
• Support PP/QM integration with MM, SD, FI/CO, and other SAP modules.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and perform basic ABAP debugging for root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for SAP S/4HANA process optimization and continuous improvement.

🛠️ Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PP/QM.
• Strong expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP).
• Strong knowledge of SAP Quality Management (QM).
• Hands-on experience with:
  • MRP / Material Requirements Planning
  • Planned Orders
  • Production Orders
  • BOM & Routing
  • Work Centers
  • Batch Management
  • SPRO Configuration
  • Quality Inspection & QM Processes
• Minimum 1 SAP S/4HANA implementation project experience.
• Strong experience in Discrete Manufacturing.
• Good understanding of SAP PP/QM integration with other SAP modules.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP Debugging.
• Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and production support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
