Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lead AI/ML Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, production-ready AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, NLP, Computer Vision, and AI platform architecture.

The role involves providing technical leadership, mentoring AI/ML teams, designing enterprise-scale AI solutions, and translating business requirements into innovative AI-powered products.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–10 years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
• Strong Python, AI/ML, Generative AI & LLM experience.
• Hands-on LLM training, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG and optimization.
• Experience with GenAI applications, NLP, Computer Vision and Transformers.
• Strong knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex and AI Agents.
• Proficiency in PyTorch / TensorFlow / Keras.
• Experience with APIs, microservices and Python development.
• Experience deploying AI models on AWS / Azure / GCP with MLOps and model serving.
• Hands-on experience with FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB or Weaviate.
• Experience in LLM inference, performance and cost optimization.
• Strong technical leadership, team mentoring and communication skills.
