🔥 Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP PLM Architect with 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), particularly in Recipe Development, Specification Management, and Process Manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and leading end-to-end SAP PLM solutions across R&D, Quality Management, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, with strong expertise in SAP ECC/S/4HANA integration, Recipe Management, Specification Management, Materials, Substances, Formulas, and Batch Management.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end SAP PLM solutions for Recipe Development and Specification Management.
• Define SAP PLM data models, version management, approval workflows, change management, and document processes.
• Lead integration of SAP PLM with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Drive integration with SAP QM, SAP MM, Production Planning (PP), and Batch Management.
• Ensure seamless Recipe-to-Production and Specification-to-Quality data flow.
• Lead SAP PLM blueprinting, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and implementation.
• Support global SAP PLM rollouts, enhancements, upgrades, and transformation projects.
• Drive solution architecture, technical/functional governance, and best practices.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Business stakeholders.
• Mentor SAP PLM functional and technical teams.
• Support regulatory compliance, product labeling, nutritional information, and quality requirements.

🛠️ Mandatory Skills

• 8+ years of SAP PLM experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP PLM Recipe Development and Specification Management.
• Hands-on knowledge of Recipes, Formulas, Specifications, Materials, and Substances.
• Strong experience with SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA integration.
• Good understanding of SAP QM, SAP MM, SAP PP, and Batch Management.
• Experience in SAP PLM implementation, blueprinting, configuration, solution architecture, and global rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management processes and master data management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, business analysis, and solution design skills.
