🔹 Job Summary

We are hiring a ServiceNow Junior ITOM Developer with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, MID Server Administration, ServiceNow Development, Platform Customization, and ITOM support. The role involves developing ServiceNow applications, supporting integrations, troubleshooting platform issues, and ensuring best practices across enterprise ServiceNow environments.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and configuring ServiceNow ITOM modules.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Configure and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer Workflows, Service Catalog Items, and Forms.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot MID Servers and Discovery-related issues.
• Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and Web Services.
• Participate in requirement gathering, technical discussions, solution design, and code reviews.
• Perform Unit Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment support.
• Resolve platform issues, incidents, and enhancement requests.
• Prepare technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and implementation guides.
• Collaborate with senior developers and architects while following ServiceNow development best practices.
