🔹 Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow ITOM Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery, Operational Visibility, MID Server Administration, ServiceNow Development, Platform Customization, Integrations, and CMDB Governance.

This role requires deep technical expertise in ServiceNow ITOM implementation, workflow automation, scripting, integrations, and platform development while ensuring best practices, scalability, and high-quality CMDB data.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Configure and maintain CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and governance.
• Implement and support Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery, and Operational Visibility.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot MID Servers.
• Develop and customize Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Build integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and Web Services.
• Improve CMDB health, governance, and data quality across enterprise environments.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
• Troubleshoot platform, integration, Discovery, and ITOM-related issues.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, deployment support, and production issue resolution.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and follow ServiceNow development best practices.
