🔹 Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), HR Case Management, Employee Service Center (ESC), Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD development, platform customization, workflow automation, REST API integrations, Workday integration, SAP SuccessFactors integration, HR security, and employee self-service portal development.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions based on business requirements.
• Configure and customize HR Case Management, Employee Service Center (ESC), Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events including Onboarding, Offboarding, and Employee Transfers.
• Develop and customize HR Workflows, Catalog Items, Record Producers, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and IntegrationHub.
• Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with third-party HR systems such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather business requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Design and optimize Employee Self-Service Portals and HR service experiences.
• Implement HR security, Access Control Lists (ACLs), data privacy, and data segregation.
• Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, bug fixes, and production support.
• Support Unit Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and defect resolution.
• Prepare technical documentation and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.
