We are looking for an experienced HubSpot RevOps Consultant to support a short-term engagement focused on auditing, optimizing, and streamlining the HubSpot CRM ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Revenue Operations, CRM automation, reporting optimization, and lifecycle management.
πΉ Key Responsibilities
β Conduct a complete audit of HubSpot workflows, properties, automation, and reporting structures
β Optimize CRM setup, data governance, lifecycle stages, and operational processes
β Improve line item management, payment tracking, and revenue reporting visibility
β Identify workflow conflicts, redundant automations, and reporting inconsistencies
β Redesign and streamline customer lifecycle journeys for better operational efficiency
β Implement scalable RevOps strategies and CRM best practices
β Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align reporting and operational requirements
β Analyze existing business processes and simplify workflows for improved productivity
πΉ Required Skills & Experience
βοΈ Strong hands-on experience in HubSpot CRM Administration and Revenue Operations (RevOps)
βοΈ Expertise in workflow automation, CRM cleanup, and reporting optimization
βοΈ Good understanding of customer lifecycle management and sales operations
βοΈ Experience in operational reporting, dashboards, and analytics
βοΈ Ability to identify process gaps and implement scalable CRM solutions
βοΈ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
βοΈ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
