🔹 Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications
- Configure CRM forms, views, business rules, security roles, and workflows
- Manage queues, case management, and customer service processes
- Perform data corrections and maintenance using Excel import/export and Dataverse queries
- Support incident management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution activities
- Coordinate with technical teams for integration-related issues involving Azure and third-party systems
- Work with ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar ITSM tools for ticket handling and tracking
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand support requirements and provide solutions
- Ensure system stability, user support, and process improvements across CRM operations
